In 1998 Pastor Rick Strawcutter sat down for way way too long with Katharine (Kay) Pollard Griggs to listen to her talk about how the entire US military is gay, committing gay crimes (including gay espionage and stealing her clothes), and her gay husband was having affairs all the time in the gay military.
Important note going forward: Don't ask don't tell (DADT) was started by Bill Clinton on December 21, 1993. DADT made it official policy that it was not allowed for service member to be openly gay. It was not a good time to be gay in the military.
Despite the length not much is known about Kay and this is the only widely known interview or even statement from her on the very open gay military of the 1990s. It's currently unknown if Kay is still alive or how Colonel George Griggs felt about her doing an almost 11 hour interview talking about all the gay sex and gay crimes he did during his time in the US Marines.
