As with the concept of the NOWSPACE, Quantum Grammar was first introduced to the Plex Community through the content of Russell Jay Gould. It is difficult to fully understand what Quantum Grammar is, but according to the Post Master General (i.e. Gould) it is a weapon.

While it's nearly impossible to understand the logic around Quantum Grammar, we can deduce a few things from this statement and other things he has said in his videos, such as:
- Quantum Grammar is a means to uncover hidden messages in public documents.
- It's important to speak the grammar when talking. For instance, “I am comma seriously comma confused semicolon but many would be period”
- There is such a thing as adjective adjective pronoun. However, we don't know when to use this.
- When in doubt, use colons freely.
